Technical Specifications

These cabins are designed as per the specific requirements of the customers. As we believe, providing customer satisfaction, these designs are taken care to meet every specification of the customer.

It is made with channel, beam and square pipe.

• It is built with heavy duty channel and square grid structure to give rigidity.
  
  


• Thick marine-ply / fiber board / fiber cement is used to give the floor a durable base.
  
  


• Homogenous anti-scratch PVC carpet is used over marine-ply / fiberboard.

• Built with 1.2mm GI sheets on the outside.


• To avoid over heating of the cabin, the cavity is filled with special density thick insulation.


• There is a pre-lamination board too with an ISI certified mark on the inside too.

• The top of the cabin comprises of 1.2mm thick steel sheets.


• Each sheet will have overlap on all the sides and will be fully welded to prevent ingress of water.


• The bottom of the roof shall be pre-laminated board.


• The cavity will be filled with special density thick insulation so as to avoid overheating.


• The air gap shall be created in between the sheet and the insulation for the reduction in thermal conductivity using special Roof Cooling System.

• All the wiring and switches will have ISI marked.


• Concealed wiring shall be provided with inlet plug adaptor for efficient and leak proof flow of current.


• For additional safety, MCB & ELCB shall be provided too.


• Air conditioning units will be provided too if required.

• All the sanitary pipes that we use for plumbing are high quality galvanized class “C” steel pipes.


• For waste disposal systems, the PVC rigid pipes will be fixed.

• These will be powder coated aluminum windows of standard size 4′ x 3′ with tinted glass.


• For all or selected windows, curtains / venation blinds shall be provided.


• Weather shades over all windows along with aluminum safety grills for windows may be provided.

• The doors will be double skinned pressed steel with insulation.


• It shall be provided with Godrej cylindrical latch and door closer.


• For additional safety, aluminum powder coated AL drop will also be supplied.


• Weather shades will be provided over the door.


• If required, the internal partition doors shall be wooden sliding type.

• As per the cabin size, 4, 6 or 8 legs will be provided.


• To hoist up the cabin, 6″, 12″, 18″ or even 24″ heighted legs shall be provided.


• Single step assembly will also be provided.

A suitable top lifting will be provided.

The furniture will be as per the customer’s specific requirements.

The interior will be wooden / off-white and steam beach finish laminated.

• Special grade anti rust and elastic primer specially recommended for GI ( shade as per your choice ) will be used


• Matt finish UV resistant paint on top of the anti-rust and shade will be used.
